Concept Staffing achieved ISO9001:2000 certification in 2004 across our network of offices. This formal Quality Management System demonstrates our commitment to continually providing a thoroughly professional service.
On an on-going basis our external assessors, ISOQAR, conduct regular formal reviews and every office is formally audited once a year by a trained Internal Quality Auditor who has no day to day responsibility for that office.

In addition to the above, we operate a quality control system whereby we seek feedback from end users on the quality of our service and the candidates we have provided.
All Concept Staffing personnel are trained in the delivery of a quality service from their initial induction into the company and each individual has a thorough understanding of the quality objectives and their role in the successful implementation of these standards. Our quality control is constantly monitored and any feedback immediately actioned.
