The leisure and hospitality sector has enjoyed explosive growth fuelled by a number of factors; the increase in wealth of the consumer and greater mobility, increased awareness in health issues, the growth of eating out, and advances in technology.  It's a multi-faceted industry, with each facet facing different issues.  It's certainly a maturing industry as the consumer has become more informed about what is on offer and more selective in their choice.
