Concept comes out on top with clients

Leading recruitment and training agency in the West Country, Concept Staffing, clearly understands the needs of its clients; according to everyone questioned in a recent survey.

Concept Staffing, which has branches across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Wiltshire, received the positive feedback after undertaking its annual client satisfaction survey.

Everyone who completed the survey agreed that Concept met all of their requirements, with 91% saying the company had exceeded all expectations – an increase on last year.

When asked what the most important elements of a recruitment agency’s service were, the most common answers included providing a quick response and understanding the clients’ needs and requirements.

The vast majority of those surveyed (96 per cent) said they would use Concept Staffing’s services again, while 98 per cent described Concept’s staff as “always friendly and professional.”

The company also scored very highly when it came to providing a clear indication to clients of charge rates and placement fees, and received praise for ensuring suitable candidates were provided for employment.
