Lighting Concept for Top Temp!

Cornwall-based manufacturer, Fitzgerald Lighting and their recruitment partner, Concept Staffing, the South West’s leading recruitment agency, have announced their top temp of the month in the UK.

Michael Santana, 39, picked up the title after starting work as a temp with Concept nearly three years ago. He was placed with Fitzgerald Lighting in September 2010 where he now works as a Production Operative . 

Fitzgerald Lighting, which has its headquarters in Bodmin, is one of the UK’s leading independent manufacturers of energy efficient industrial and commercial luminaires.   

Concept’s Truro branch was awarded the contract to supply Fitzgerald with assemblers and production operatives from the local area earlier this year.

David Goodman, Operations Manager from Fitzgerald Lighting, said: "As a business that is currently rebuilding itself, taking on a recruitment company was crucial for us. Concept has really understood our staffing requirements and provided us with temporary workers that are suited for each role. Michael is the perfect example of this; he’s good at what he does and has fitted in extremely well with the team.”
