New Concept for town centre
LEADING West Country recruitment specialist Concept Staffing has relocated to the heart of Newton Abbot town centre.
The branch has moved from its current serviced offices in Teign Street to larger, more prominent premises in Queen Street.
Newton Abbot Concept Branch Manager Dan Whiteley said: "The move (Monday October 12) makes us more visible, with bigger premises that will allow for an increase in staff and an improved working environment for our team and clients. We are fully prepared to cope with the significant increase in the number of staff required by our clients."
The new Queen Street branch specialises in providing staff for the commercial, catering, industrial, skilled & technical and driving sectors and already boasts some of the company's principal clients, including Teignbridge and South Hams Council.
Cllr Ray Frost, Teignbridge Council Executive Spokesman for HR Services said: "Teignbridge District Council has had a contract with Concept Staffing for the provision of all our agency temporary staff for six months now.
"The Concept team at the Newton Abbot branch meets and anticipates all of our day-to-day needs in a professional way. The contract gives us very good value for money as well as helping us to deliver our services effectively."
Concept operates from 13 locations throughout the South West. As part of the Acorn Recruitment Group, the company finds jobs for up to 6,000 temps with more than 850 different clients each week.
Acorn recently announced the purchase of new national technical Exxell - formerly Oracle Global Resourcing - adding an additional £14m of revenue to the Group.
The new Concept Staffing branch can be found on the ground floor at 110 Queen Street, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2EU.
