Our approach is to gain a thorough understanding of your job and person specifications.  Rigorous pre-selection interviews of candidates will cover job history and existing skills, as well as future career goals.  References may also be obtained on your behalf.  Where appropriate, we will arrange for psychometric assessment and competency-based interviewing.

The computerised search facility enables us to source suitable candidates soon after notification of your vacancy, selecting on criteria such as qualifications, experience, sector specialisation and skills.
